**Only $0.99 on Amazon right now**

Book Synopsis:

When a knee injury ends twenty-year-old Quinn Rowland's pro tennis career, he's not only dumped by his hot Russian girlfriend by ordered to attend college by his disinterested billionaire father. A rich kid who's not used to being disappointed by life, Quinn and his sociopathic half-brother Sebastian create a frat house game intended to treat girls how they see them - as simple game pieces to be manipulated for their pleasure.

College sophomore Emilie Swanson knows Quinn's reputation-after all he did send one of her sorority sisters into therapy earlier in the semester-but the game and his charm bring them closer together and soon she starts to believe there's more to Quinn than people think.

Review:

Where to start with this book. First to say that I read this book in one day, that was how good it was to me. I was not able to stop reading it. Maybe I am just a little weird but I find I enjoy reading about troubled people and how their issues seem to work themselves out in the end. Maybe it is my way of living through them vicariously and thinking that in the long run things will work out.

My opinion of this book was that I loved it! The hardship both main characters dealt with, was so real. I found myself feeling sorry Quinn a lot but on the other end I wanted to rip the guy's head off for being such an ass and player. I could see at some point why he would turn out the way he did but it was still no excuse. Quinn was dealing with a lot emotions throughout the book. Having to deal with a crazy half-brother and a father that could careless about him, it is no wonder Quinn was as messed up as he was.

Poor Emilie, I really could relate with her when it came to following something you loved to do and not something your parents are wanting you to do. The disappoint she felt when her parents really broke my heart. A parent is supposed to believe in you and encourage your dreams, not treat them with disgust. There were parts of Emilie that did drive me nuts but for the most part I really enjoyed her character. She never gave up on her dreams or Quinn.

There was a lot of emotion of happy times but a lot of sad times as well in the book. The writing style was neat and well edited. The story was not rushed but it was not slow either, it was just the right flow. You received the details you needed to get into the story with out being overloaded with excess material.

I feel that Lyla Payne will be making my favorite authors list. She knows how to bring her characters alive and to you really get into the story. I would highly recommend this book for reading!
